PANCAKES
We have selected the best pancake mix well known to many as Krusteaz pancake mix. Plus, we add a secret ingredient which makes these outstanding to all who have eaten them.
SCRAMBLED EGGS
We have kicked the "regular" Scrambled Eggs up to become fabulous!! We cook them in a wok and add heavy whipping cream. No one does it better.
SAUSAGE & BACON
Many people know that the best way to cook them is to do it in the oven, and that's the way we do them. After they have been cooked to perfection, we keep them warm in our new warming oven so that they stay hot just for you.
LIQUID REFRESHMENTS
Your breakfast wouldn't be complete without our tasty Coffees (Regular and Decaf), Teas, Hot Chocolate and Orange Juice. We offer you all of these; and... oh yes.. we offer you water too.
YOU ASKED FOR IT
Yes, we are always open for suggestions to improve our fabulous breakfasts. Therefore, we have added Salsa, plus Regular & Sugar-Free Syrups.

Christ has risen - Barb's RCIA Team helps to show the way
We are so honored to have a dedicated staff at Saint Angela Merci. One of the staff is Barbara Wright who dedicates her love towards helping adults in their journey to see the Love of God through Baptism and Confirmation.
We have had a lot of military families come to our parish for a short period of stay and have discovered the unusal Love from our parishioners towards them. In seeing this, a lot of them select to become Catholics. Barb beautifully leads the way with the Grace and Love from God.
